Final State Budget Includes Minimum Wage Increase For Home - HCA-NYS

Worker bonuses are commensurate with the number of hours worked during the vesting period that will be determined by a vesting schedule issued by the Commissioner of Health. The schedule will provide for total payments not to exceed $3,000 per employee based upon the number of hours worked per week over the course of the vesting period.
